The FBI recently foiled plans for a Christmas Day terrorist attack on Pier 39 in San Francisco. A man named Everitt Aaron Jameson was recently arrested by the FBI. He claimed that “Christmas was the perfect day” for the plotted terror attack and “did not need an escape plan because he was ready to die.”
This comes after recent ISIS video activity names targets in Las Vegas and San Francisco. Everett was inspired by the October terror attack in New York City where a man used a rental truck and drove into a crowd killing 8 people. He disclosed more information to authorities, claiming he had picked out that location after having “had been there before and knew it was a heavily crowded area.” His plan was to “funnel” people into a tight area where he would be able to inflict the most damage.
According to reports from the FBI, a search warrant was issued in the United States District Court allowing the FBI to raid Jameson’s residence. There, they located a handwritten letter signed by Everitt that read:
“I Abdallah adu Everitt ibn Gordon have committed these acts upon gate Kuffar, in the name of Dar al Islam, Allahu AKbar! You all have brought this upon yourselves. There are no innocent in Kuffar! Each had every Kuffar in the Nationalistic, Godless society has a hand in this. You’ve Allowed Donald J Trump to give away Al Quds to the Jews. Both You and he are wrong, it belongs to the Muslemeen. We have penetrated and infiltrated your disgusting country. These Acts will continue until the Lions of Islam overtake you. Turn to Allah, make tawbah and fight with us, the soldiers who fight in the day and the night. Allah SWT is most forgiving, I am not. Long live Isil, Long Live Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. Allah Akbar!”
In addition to the sickening letter, a Last Will and Testament of Everett was also found that had been executed on November 16, 2017. In terms of firearms and similar material were seized:
- Two .45 caliber magazines – one empty and the other loaded with 7 rounds
- Three cylinder like fireworks in a paper bag
- One cylinder firework in black material
- A Winchester .22 rifle
- A Rugers model M77
- One Sturm
- Ruger 9mm
- One black ammunition holder with six rounds of ammunition.
What makes all of this more frightening is that documents highlight the fact that Everett has had prior military experience and has had rifle qualifications classified as “sharpshooter.” He also was considered to have expertise in the field of rifle marksmanship.
The FBI deserves a massive pat on the back, or hug, for saving as many lives as they did by eliminating this threat.
Everitt’s Aunt shared some enlightening information, citing that Everett has recently become “hardened” following a nasty divorce, consequently losing both his children in a CPS custody battle. He apparently “turned to the Muslim thing” shortly thereafter.
