Russian Collusion Investigation Concludes

In what might possibly be one of the largest Political stories of the Donald Trump presidency, the House Republican committee publicly concluded that there is indeed no evidence of collusion or conspiracy between the then Trump campaign and Russia.

For nearly 14 months, endless speculation has been on display as nearly every media outlet and member of the Left has tried to pinpoint exactly how President Trump and his campaign colluded with Russians.

This news finally puts to rest, among many other things, the fact that the Republican nominee for President, Donald Trump and his campaign, were indeed capable of winning an election without help.

The speculation into outside help or interference in the election began almost at the same time President Trump was elected.

It has been a great day, however, seeing so many politicians and news anchors having to go back on the past year of false and exaggerated claims about President Trump’s inability to truthfully win an election.

It should come as no surprise at all that President Trump was in high spirits when the news broke today. The president tweeted the following:

“THE HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE HAS, AFTER A 14 MONTHS LONG IN-DEPTH INVESTIGATION, FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF COLLUSION OR COORDINATION BETWEEN THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN AND RUSSIA TO INFLUENCE THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.”

The Majority Staff of the House Intelligence Committee also weighed in on the breaking news, adding the following:

“We have found no evidence of collusion, coordination, or conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russians.”

Also, not surprisingly, many Democrats are not amused with this news. The leading Dem on the committee – Adam Schiff from California, took to Twitter to express his frustration, tweeting the following:

“This was not the finding of the House Intelligence Committee, Mr. President, but only a statement by its GOP members, who lack the courage to stand up to a President of their own party when the national interest necessitates it.”

A full report outlining the investigation and all of its findings, in detail, are planned to be released to the public. While the exact date of the report’s release is unknown, it is definitely intended to be released to the public as soon as possible.
